   We are a family with ample experience attending tourists from different parts of the world, who come to our legendary Antigua Guatemala to learn Spanish or have an amazing experience in our city.  

   Thanks to the professionalism of our instructors and the trust of our students, we keep changing to improve and to be able to offer you a better service each day.    

  We present, with pleasure, details about the house in case you want to stay here.  If you don’t want to live at Casa del Manchén, you can live with one of the families we have carefully selected for you to immerse totally in learning Spanish.    

  We offer one-on-one courses with highly qualified instructors, who have obtained a diploma that accredit them for teaching Spanish.  Our staff will be pleased to guide you through your first steps in Spanish language, or to improve the abilities you already have at speaking the language.

   We want to inform you that by the rime you study with us, YOU SUPPORT WITH STATIONARY FOR KIDS FROM OUR RURAL AREA. 

   We suggest you to enroll ahead of time because our space is limited.  

   For the enrollment you have to help with:  pencils, erasers, crayons, notebooks, etc.             

   GOD BLESSES YOU, because you are helping us to help others.

     If you wish to travel to know a little bit more to visit the country of the eternal spring, we can help you organize your trip: 

•   Visits to the coffee farms
•   Our Volcanoes:  Pacaya, Agua, Acatenenago, Ipala, etc.
•   Lake Atitlán
•   Chihicastenango Market
•   Tikal Ruins
•   And the Beaches:  Monterrico, San José, Sipacate, etc.

      We hope that the touch with our nature of our volcanoes, our ruins, our beaches and specially with our people would be a pleasure for you too.

OUR    PRICES:

Rooms at Casa del Manchén: 

$90 per person each week      

        Including three meals a day from Monday to Saturday.        

        If you wish to have your meals on Sunday an extra fee will be charged. 

At a family: 

$90 per person each week      

       Including three meals a day from Monday to Saturday. 

       If you wish to have your meals on Sunday an extra fee will be charged. 

Spanish Lessons: 

TRANSPORTATION

 From the airport to Casa del Manchen $40.  Back to the airport $35.

If you study 4 weeks with us, the transportation to Casa del Manchen will not be charged.

If you study 8 weeks with us, transportation will not be charged at all. 

For us it will be a pleasure to help you at our lodging “CASA DEL MANCHEN” and with our Spanish lessons.
